Hoda Kotb purchased her Bronxville home in April 2024 for just under $2.9 million. The move came after she decided to step back from daily television duties. She wanted more time with her daughters and a calmer rhythm of life. The suburban setting offered space, privacy, and a sense of normalcy.

The article notes that the decision was influenced by Hope’s type 1 diabetes diagnosis. Hoda Kotb explained that being closer to her children mattered more than maintaining a demanding schedule. In interviews, she described wanting a “warm and cozy” home where her daughters could relax and feel safe. For Hoda Kotb, the holidays now reflect that intention, grounded in family and presence rather than public routine.
