Hulk Hogan’s Friend Denied WWE Star Was Sick Just Two Days Before His Sudden Death

Emergency crews responded quickly after a 911 call, performing CPR on the wrestling legend for more than 30 minutes. He was transported to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

First responders from the Clearwater Fire and Police Departments arrived at Hogan’s home just before 10 a.m. According to a report from Fox News, dispatch audio revealed that chest compressions began immediately and continued for nearly half an hour. Hogan was then transported to the hospital by ambulance, but efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.

Authorities stated that there was no evidence of foul play. His passing is considered routine by investigators. The news was confirmed publicly just two days after a friend close to Hogan had denied rumors that the star was seriously ill, making the news even more shocking to fans.
