The 85-year-old who boasts of holding multiple black belts in Judo, Taekwondo, kung fu, and other martial arts practices and even founded his own style, Chun Kuk Do, in 1990 recently, took to social media to share a series of amazing pictures of himself while reflecting on how the approach he employs in managing his stress level.

Taking to Instagram, the action star posted two pictures of himself with firearms. In the first image, the Missing in Action actor stood in a field dressed casually in a grey T-shirt and jeans, with a pistol holstered at his hip. The second photo captured him rocking sunglasses while he struck a pose with a large shotgun as he exuded his signature tough-guy charm.
Captioning the post, Norris revealed that visiting the shooting range was his perfect way of dealing with stress. He noted that every visit has always left him with a sense of peace and focus, two vital instruments in managing stress.
