Mercedes and Jack have followed in their father’s footsteps, each carving their own paths in acting and music. At 33, Mercedes has made her film debut alongside her father in 2020 Paydirt and has since worked on multiple projects, including producing the documentary Val about her father’s life. She is also a talented musician who actively shares her performances with her growing fanbase.

Her younger brother, Jack, has also made his mark in the entertainment world. He made his debut in Palo Alto at 16, directed by Gia Coppola, and went on to appear in 2016 The Nice Guys and Willow in 2023. Whalley was an accomplished English actress who had already built a name for herself with notable TV roles and stage performances, including a BAFTA nomination for Edge of Darkness. Her most recent work includes a role in the 2023 series Carnival Row.
