Wilma was confirmed dead at 103, and Chuck Norris accompanied his post with a lengthy, heartfelt note that described her impactful presence during her lifetime. “Our mom was a woman of unwavering faith, a beacon of light in our lives, and her love reflected God’s grace,” he wrote.

My thoughts and Prayers are with you and your entire family,” a follower wrote. Fellow celebrities, including actor Emilio Rivera, also replied with a tribute to Chuck Norris’ mother.
Chuck Norris was the oldest of his brothers, Aaron and Wieland; however, the latter died at 26 while serving in the US Army during the Vietnam War. In Chuck Norris’ words from a 2021 essay dedicated to Wilma, he commended her perseverance and faith despite losing many loved ones, including her son.
Wilma suffered and overcame cancer multiple times, reportedly undergoing surgery up to thirty times to feel better. She raised Chuck Norris and his brothers for the most part, having had to flee from their father, Ray, due to his alcohol addiction.
