While Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s movie Unstoppable is coming to theaters in December, the couple is also going through a divorce, citing their reasons for the split as irreconcilable differences. Regardless of the ongoing separation, Ben praised his ex-wife during a recent chat with Entertainment Tonight.
He commended his co-stars Billy Goldenberg, Don Cheadle, Jharrel Jerome, and Bobby Cannavale, calling them really talented artists, and he did not leave out Jennifer in his acknowledgment as he considered her delivery spectacular.

Ben and Jennifer’s romance dates back to the early 2000s. However, they broke up in 2004—reportedly due to overwhelming media attention. They reunited 17 years later, shocking fans and putting the spotlight right back on their love life.
By this time, they already had kids from previous marriages but seemed willing to give commitment another shot after Ben proposed in an intimate setting at home. They had a Las Vegas wedding in July 2022, followed by another all-white ceremony in Riceboro, Georgia.

Confirming speculations, Jennifer filed for divorce in August, noting that she has learned enough lessons about romantic relationships. Although the couple gave no specific reasons for the split, Jennifer claimed she would rather live life alone. A source disclosed that the Jennifer Lopez divorce has been hard on their kids, who have grown closer over the years, adding that Ben would rather not see Jennifer but has to compromise for the children.
