Nicole Kidman is losing hope of reconciling with her estranged son, Connor Cruise after he recently got a tattoo showing his loyalty to the Church of Scientology. Sources say Nicole is heartbroken by Connor’s resolve as he gets knee-deep into the controversial religion.
Not only has she lost Connor to the church, but his sister Isabella Jane is also a devout member of Scientology. They have both set a boundary with Nicole since she divorced their father in 2001, as their assembly considers her a “suppressive person.”
What tattoo did Connor Cruise get in honor of Scientology?
Connor recently got the number “1938” tattooed on his arm as a reference to when Scientology’s founder, L. Ron Hubbard birthed the movement. Reports say it is also a sign that Connor has moved up ranks within the church to an important position.
The 29-year-old lives in a Scientology community in Clearwater, Florida, where he is said to go deep-sea fishing most times. He also runs a barbecue business named Connor’s Meatshack and enjoys golfing and traveling as shown by his social media.

Nicole Kidman thought Connor Cruise would leave Scientology
When Connor and Isabella initially joined their father, Tom Cruise, to practice Scientology, Nicole assumed they were too young and would grow out of it with time. With her only son allegedly attaining a high position within the church, chances that he would drop such beliefs seem bleak.
Tom’s other child with actress Katie Holmes dropped his surname recently, with claims that he is an absent parent. Sources have linked the reasons for his absence to the church of Scientology, as Suri would not join him as her older step-siblings did.
