Expert Weighs In On Nicole Kidman’s Changing Face Amid Cosmetic Surgery Rumors

Nicole Kidman’s trailer for her new miniseries, The Perfect Couple, has fans talking, but not necessarily for the right reasons. The actress is being accused of going under the knife for a facelift after the two-minute teaser featured her looking quite different.

Before now, social media users expressed their concerns about Kidman’s changing looks after her appearance at the 2022 premiere of Amazon Prime Video series, Expats, where she wore a gorgeous black dress that put her toned back on full display.

According to Dr. Anthony Youn, Kidman has likely undergone a facelift, which is the most obvious to critics. Dr. Youn also noted that the 57-year-old actress may have lifted her brows via an endoscopic brow lift and done the same to her upper eyelids through an upper blepharoplasty.

In addition to the facial adjustments, Kidman reportedly has some filler in her lips and cheeks for a tight youthful effect. Although the results of her touch ups look fabulous, Kidman’s supporters are worried about future negative effects of cosmetic surgery as seen in many celebrities over the years. The actress now looks different and unrecognizable, making the rumors of her getting work done hardly deniable.

It is not Kidman’s first rodeo with plastic surgery accusations, as she has had to address them on a few occasions since getting into the spotlight. Back in 2011, she admitted to attempting Botox but not more than once because she hated the results. The criticism became heightened in 2022, and Kidman has yet to admit or deny the rumors ever since.

It is possible that the mother of four has gone back on her words from a 2013 interview with Italian outlet La Repubblica, insisting that surgery is not for her. Renowned New York plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says the screen goddess’ unusually smooth skin is either from more Botox or dermal fillers.
