Bacon’s wife, Kyra Sedgwick, also posted a tribute to him just before his photo went up, calling herself his number-one fan. A look into Bacon’s healthy lifestyle
Speaking of bacon, the father of two does not eat pork or most types of meat, and would rather have a zucchini, fresh vegetables and herbs from his farm. He also prefers homemade meals and avoids eating out to ensure the safety of his meals. In addition to careful eating, he gets his workout in through hiking, callisthenics or weight-lifting.
He also credits Kyra, who he has been married to for 35 years, for helping him stay consistent with skincare and curating his products for him. Per retirement, Bacon thinks he is still strong enough to keep doing films, noting that his best years have yet to come. He remains grateful for his successful career run but refuses to feel satisfied and unchallenged.
