‘Melrose Place’ Stars Set To Reunite At ’90s Con Florida

Melrose Place captivated viewers as a compelling primetime soap opera during its seven-year run from 1992 to 1999. The TV show, created by Darren Star and produced by Aaron Spelling, tells the story of the intertwining lives and tumultuous adventures of a vibrant group of young adults.

The show etched itself into television history with its riveting narratives teeming with love, deceit, and suspense. Its stellar cast, including luminaries like Heather Locklear, Andrew Shue, and Josie Bissett, added depth and charisma to its already captivating storyline. The series ended almost 25 years ago, and fans are eager as whispers of a reunion of the cast members make waves online.

Laura Leighton, Josie Bissett, Grant Show, Daphne Zuniga, and Brooke Langton have been confirmed as guests for the upcoming fan convention in Daytona Beach, Florida, scheduled to take place from September 13 to 15.

The event is quite significant as it marks the first-ever fan convention appearances for Leighton and Langton, who portrayed the characters of Sydney Andrews and Samantha Reilly, respectively.

The upcoming event is not the first time the Melrose Place actors have reunited. In April 2020, amidst the COVID-19 lockdown, numerous stars from the show came together for a virtual reunion. The heartwarming occasion provided fans with a nostalgic trip down memory lane and served a noble cause by raising funds to support The Actors Fund, a crucial organization committed to aiding performing arts professionals.

Zuniga, Bissett, and Leighton, renowned for their previous collaborations, rekindled their on-screen chemistry when they joined forces once again in September 2021. This time, they embarked on a new journey as lifelong friends Margot, Camille, and Nettie in Fox’s reboot of Fantasy Island.
