Knots’ Landing actress Donna Mills recently shared a behind-the-scenes photo from a Nolan Miller documentary, and followers were left stunned by her soft, feminine appearance. She posed with Mark Zunino and Rene Horsch, admitting via her caption that it is “always fun being with” them.
Donna rocked a sheer hot pink button-down shirt with a big bow across the chest and complemented the outfit with her prettily styled blonde hair in a side part. She wrote that she “had such a great time being interviewed” for the production, and her bright smile confirmed that.
Fans had much praise for the 83-year-old actress, who has earned several awards and recognitions to her name. “Love that blouse, Donna, as always, you look gorgeous,” someone wrote. “Love love, love your blouse,” another echoed, asking Donna to “give me any information on the designer?”
Some fans of Nolan’s also took the chance to gush about the fashion and jewelry guru’s work and thanked Donna for contributing to his story. “Nobody like Nolan Miller, he knew how to make women fabulous!!! One of the very best in fashion and design PERIOD!!!” a fan exclaimed. “Donna looks beautiful, and I love the outfit. Nolan Miller made 80s fabulous and into 90s king over fashion TV,” some other user said.
Donna undoubtedly looks as good as she did years ago, and she credits vegetables and physical exercise for her youthfulness. The mother of one, who decided to adopt a daughter at 54, says she is very careful about what goes into her body. “’During the soap-opera years, I never ate pasta, sugar, bread, ice cream, cookies or any of that kind of stuff,” she told AARP Magazine in 2022. “’I’m not a vegetarian, but I grow, pick, and eat a lot of vegetables.”
She also emphasized that aging does not stop her from working because she has so much more to contribute. “At age 60, 70, later…don’t just sit down and say, ‘I’m done,’” the 83-year-old added. Last year, she revealed that her retirement would not be happening anytime soon as she still loves to “work, volunteer, and make someone laugh.”
“The answer is a quick no, no, no. I don’t want to retire. I’m here. I want to contribute. That’s a good feeling in life,” she said.
