Arnold Schwarzenegger, 76, Shows Off Workout Routine With Physical Therapist Girlfriend, 49

Terminator star Arnold Schwarzenegger recently shared the workout routine that keeps him in shape and top health thanks to recommendations from his physical therapist girlfriend, Heather Milligan, who is also a “great, if not the best, physical therapist in the world.”

The former California governor praised Heather, who stood beside him in a clip for his Pump Club YouTube channel, and shared that physical therapy brought them together. “That’s actually how we met. She fixed my shoulder,” he said. “But we’re not here to talk about our relationship, we’re talking here about physical therapy.”

Arnold noted that his lover is an expert at her job, having treated thousands of patients: football players, basketball players, UFC fighters, boxers, track and field athletes, young kids, old kids, anyone and everybody. “I’m talking about thousands, she knows how to take care of joints,” he said, adding that he has had “knee problems all my life from all the squatting and the skiing and bump skiing and running and jogging and stair climbing and all those kind of things” before meeting her.

Heather took over and demonstrated how those with knee problems can ease themselves with Arnold as her model. “Oh, showing us your legs, that’s impressive,” she joked as her partner of over a decade pulled up his shorts to do a wall sit. “Now you know why I come here regularly to Elite OrthoSport to get my knees straightened out…Heather always fixes it,” he gushed with his arm around her. “Listen to her carefully. She will fix your problems, too.”

Arnold had just separated from his ex-wife, Maria Shriver when he met Heather after shoulder surgery in 2012. The father of five shares four kids with Maria and the last, Joseph Baena, with his former housekeeper, Mildred Patricia Baena. In 2013, Arnold and Heather sparked dating rumors after being spotted together in Santa Monica and at several public events like 2014’s Environmental Media Awards ceremony.

Heather maintains a close relationship with her beau’s kids, with a source telling People that they were “a lively bunch” together. Arnold, who loves to praise his heartthrob, told Hollywood Reporter that she is “a wonderful girlfriend…who is very successful. I’m really proud of her, and I love her.”  The couple share no children together, and Heather has none of her own, but they enjoy spending time together and with Arnold’s adult children.
