During a recent discussion with Entertainment Tonight, Rita expressed her delight in sharing the event experience with her sons, emphasizing the joy of being together on such a special occasion. “It’s really fun! It’s great,” she told the news outlet.

Tom also shared that holding the premiere at the Regency Village held significant symbolism for him, evoking nostalgic memories. “What I like about it is, we’re back in the movie theater and not only remembering the nights we were here [for premieres] … but we also remember the [other] times, [like when] I dropped off my son Colin to see Batman by himself here one Saturday afternoon,” Hanks shared.
“So it’s our hometown, and this is where we saw the movies,” Hanks added.
