Colleen uses her social media to encourage women her age to follow their dreams regardless of age and looks. “Life doesn’t stop when you get older, and neither should your sense of style,” she said in a feature video by “TikTok for Good.” “Dress my age? You bet I do. This statement has no merit or meaning for me whatsoever,” she said, smiling.

For Colleen, “it ain’t about the number, it’s about what brings you joy.” “I have never really cared for trends. I just buy things that I really do love. I think it is a gift to myself. …you are comfortable and happy if they make you feel better for having put them on,” she added.

Colleen is an inspiration to aging women
