For most of her time on social media, The Today Show anchor Savannah Guthrie focuses her photos on her work. Sometimes, there will be pictures of her with her daughter or a shot of her husband with the two kids. But over the weekend, she showed fans a look at the whole group – herself, husband Michael Feldman, and children Vale and Charles. Adding to this special moment of cuteness is that Guthrie and the gang each have a coordinating swimsuit to beat the heat in style.
Originally serving as a White House correspondent, Guthrie soon joined Today as an anchor alongside Natalie Morales and Al Roker for the program’s third hour. She married communications consultant Michael Feldman in 2014 and had the couple’s first child that same year. First came Vale, then Charles followed in 2016. But her family extends to her Today colleagues, and everyone is often doting on each other’s kids. There’s plenty of reason to fuss fondly over this latest photo!

On Saturday, Guthrie shared a photo of herself in a comfortable-looking one-piece swimsuit with white flowerings across it and matching white shoulder straps. She has also donned a pair of big, protective sunglasses. Beside her, daughter Vale has an almost identical bathing suit on, flowers and all; she is even seen striking a pose. Next to them in this family photo, standing on the wood decking, Feldman and Charles stand in identical blue trunks. When the two turn around, they show that those trunks have a patch that matches the pattern on Guthrie and Vale’s suits.

Guthrie captioned the post, “summer calls for matching swimsuits,” adding, “Or so says @sarafoster.” This is a reference to actress Sara Foster who played Jen Clark in 90210. She also has experience in the fashion industry and her Instagram page promotes her clothing line called Favorite Daughter. This page, in turn, shows a line of seasonal clothing of all styles, fits, and colors.
Formalities, fashion, and family
It hasn’t always been high flying for Guthrie. One of her first jobs in journalism ended with her unexpectedly jobless – this after she did extensive editing, shooting, and reporting in a very small team. But today, she is a successful broadcaster with steady work, honored in the Broadcasting and Cable Hall of Fame, an honor also bestowed on Guthrie’s fellow Today personality Hoda Kotb.
Outside of Today, Guthrie enjoys spending time with her family and even enjoyed a recent vacation with all of them. Sometimes, Jenna Bush Hager and her family join Guthrie on these excursions. The two coworkers are also friends and sometimes watch one another’s kids. Indeed, Hager named Guthrie godmother to her son Hal. A workplace becomes a family – that’s the ideal for everyone!
