Jane Seymour stunned fans with her recent photo. The actress was seen on a beautiful beach in Phuket, Thailand on a little vacation. Jane is now 71 years old but her body looks much younger! She looked fit and happy in a dark navy bathing suit while she posed in the photo.
Jane captioned the snap, “When things get you down, always try to look up! It’s our first #OpenHeartsSunday of the year, so let’s start it off right! What are some of your goals for 2022? Over the years we’ve created such a wonderful community, let’s work together to hold each other accountable and support one another! ♥️”
Jane Seymour sparks health goals for others with inspiring photo
Many fans drew inspiration from Jane for their 2022 goals. One fan wrote, “You look so beautiful, fit and happy. My goals this year are to get more healthy, eat right and exercise more.” Others said that wanted to get back into shape and look more like Jane.
Jane has previously opened up about her exercise routine and diet. She said she doesn’t follow any specific diet but just aims to eat healthy most of the time. Jane shared that type 2 diabetes runs in her family and when she found out she was on the border of getting it, her doctor suggested she lose a few pounds to reverse it. So, she does intermittent fasting, grows food in her garden, and tries to eat everything in moderation.
Jane said about her workouts, “I try to get my heartbeat up with fast walking at least three times a week. I also work out with a trainer and I’ll do about 20 minutes on a stationary bicycle, the spin bicycle, but not spinning like crazy. I do my own form of it, usually with weights, as well. So I try to do the upper body at the same time as the lower body. And then I do Pilates and Gyrotonics, which I swear by.”
Whatever Jane is doing, it is definitely working! She looks fantastic.
