A 96-year-old woman called the sheriff in order to give praise to the deputy who helped her change her tire and assess it for other damage. Dollie Trent was recently driving when she got a flat tire and Deputy Lovett stopped to help change her tire, but also went the extra mile by checking out the rest of the car for any damage.
“He laid flat on the ground with his whole body to look under my car for damage, and my car is low! God sent me an angel! What are you going to do for him?” Says Dollie.

“Truth be told, deputies frequently go out of their way to perform random acts of kindness, but Dollie refused to let this one go unnoticed. Dollie, thank you for humbling us with your gratitude and feisty spirit,” says Sheriff Dallas Baldwin. What a sweet and heart-warming story!
