Elton John was hospitalized over the weekend while staying in France. The 76-year-old singer is staying at his villa in Nice and it was there he had a rough fall. John had to be transported to the orthopedic center at Princess Grace Hospital for precautionary treatment. John recently concluded his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour, a record-breaking final bout of concerts that saw John sing across over 300 shows worldwide. Wrapping up the performance part of his career, John said he hoped to spend more time with his family. Fortunately, this recent medical scare is wrapping up smoothly so he can do just that.
