The actress chose not to disclose the type of cancer this time, but her message carried a powerful tone. She explained that she stepped away from social media so she could focus on her health and treatment. She also thanked her doctors and the staff at Providence Saint John’s Hospital for their care and support throughout this period.

According to People, she shared that she plans to spend a few more weeks recovering before moving forward to her “next adventure.” That forward-looking mindset reflects her long-standing optimism and determination, even in the face of serious health challenges.

Jerry O’Connell, Sarah Paulson, Helen Hunt, Octavia Spencer, and Chelsea Handler all showed support, reminding her that she does not face this fight alone.
