Elvis Presley and Linda Thompson had a unique relationship. The two dated throughout the '70s, and though they married other people at different points, they were an irrevocably important part of each other's life. Following the death of Presley's daughter, Lisa Marie, Thompson is reflecting on that continued closeness and on the life of one girl lost too soon. Lisa Marie is the only daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley. She was born on February 1, 1968. Tragically, Lisa Marie died just weeks before her 55th birthday after suffering cardiac arrest at her California home.
