In an interview with Fox News Digital, she disclosed her efforts to uphold her husband's legacy by introducing the Sorvino Vino wine franchise and also mentioned that she and Paul were already collaborating on the project before his demise. The wine was launched on Valentine's Day and the media personality shared that a portion of the profits from Sorvino Vino will be donated to the Gay and Dottie Capers Foundation, a nonprofit organization that aids underprivileged families and at-risk youth. He felt America came first, and that’s why helping veterans is as good as it gets." Instagram Paul's love for veterans led to him becoming friends with Gary Sinise, a well-known actor and advocate for vets. "He was very good friends with Gary Sinise, And he really admired how Gary would put so much time into helping our vets. Gary has raised millions, I’m sure, by this point," the Emmy winner revealed. "He’s always out there helping vets. Paul really admired that, and he always wanted to do something. So this is my way of making that dream come true. It’s certainly not as big as what Gary Sinise does, but it’s Paul still saying thank you."
