Instagram How many children do Heidi Klum and Seal have? Heidi got together with her second husband, Seal, two years after her divorce from Ric Pipino. Although Heidi’s marriage to Seal did not last ten years, they were one sizzling couple from 2004 to 2012. When their affair began, Heidi was already pregnant with Leni, whom she shared with Italian businessman Flavio Briartore at the time. Interestingly, Seal was undeterred and proposed months later. In 2009, Seal took things a step further and adopted Leni, catering to her alongside his biological children— Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu, Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo, and Lou Sulola. Sadly, Heidi filed for divorce due to “irreconcilable differences,” deciding to split “after much soul-searching.” The news shocked fans, who considered the Hollywood couple a perfect match; however, Heidi later revealed their union was a rocky one. She added that everything was kept under wraps in a bid to protect their kids from trauma and public scrutiny. Neither Seal nor Heidi gave details about the reason for their separation because, in the latter’s words, “people don't need to know who did what.” Instagram Seal, who left his wedding ring on even after the separation, told show host Ellen DeGeneres that they would always be connected. Their kids are all grown up, and the youngest seems to have a passion for dancing, according to a previous post from Heidi showing her doing a hip-hop routine with choreographer Miguel Zárate. Their second child, Henry, is Seal's look-alike with an interesting fashion sense, while Johan enjoys drawing and painting. Heidi is proud of their kids and was inspired by Johan’s artistic prowess to create her clothing line— Truly Scrumptious. Although the former Victoria's Secret model prefers to keep her kids out of the spotlight, Leni thrives in it as her modeling career blossoms; nonetheless, she is wisely prioritizing her education as a college student of interior design studies. Leni has had a knack for modeling since she was a little girl, but Heidi turned down her first offer from Brandy Melville at 12, making her wait an additional four years. Leni recalled being “really sad about it” at the time but grew to realize Heidi “was right.” Leni has been in a long-term relationship with Aris Rachevsky and they recently adopted a furry dog to live with them in their New York apartment. Instagram What made Heidi Klum famous? Heidi’s career began in the early ‘90s after she won a national modeling contest in 1992, earning her a $300,000 contract from the CEO of Metropolitan Models New York, Thomas Zeumer. She also got into TV, featuring alongside Thomas Gottschalk on Gottschalk Late Night Show. This opened doors to more gigs with outlets like Vogue, Elle, GQ, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Journal, InStyle, Marie Claire, Glamour, Russian Harper's Bazaar, and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, which brought her further into the limelight. She became famous as a Victoria’s Secret Angel and hosted most of the brand’s fashion shows between 2002 and 2009. Aside from magazine covers, Heidi collaborated with beauty lines Bobbi Brown, Astor, Givenchy, and, more recently, L’Oreal Paris. She recently announced her collaboration with the popular drugstore beauty line, which “embraces women of all ages, empowerment, and self-expression.” She is joining the likes of Andie MacDowell, Celine Dion, Eva Longoria, and Helen Mirren to “encourage women to feel strong and beautiful, no matter their age, because we are worth it.” Her followers were thrilled by the announcement on May 14, but some expressed their skepticism about the safety of L’Oreal products. Instagram Aside from her modeling career, Heidi also dabbled in other industries like television, design, visual art, and business. She earned a few Emmy nominations and one win for the Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program category alongside her Germany's Next Topmodel co-host Tim Gunn. Heidi has proven her range of abilities by designing varying fashion pieces, from clothing to shoes to jewelry, fragrances, swimwear, and even makeup. She also makes magic with paintbrushes, with credits for various works such as the "Dog with Butterflies" sculpture as a tribute to the rescue dogs of 9/11. Instagram The multi-talented beauty queen is also an impressive singer-songwriter, and she released her debut single, “Wonderland,” in 2006. She performed an iconic duet with her award-winning musician ex-husband Seal at a 2007 Victoria’s Secret fashion show, where they shared a romantic moment while singing “Wedding Day” together. Heidi’s diligence and numerous skills have earned her an undeniable celebrity status and a net worth of about $160 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. The show host reportedly made a killing of over $40 million from America's Got Talent, Germany's Next Top Model, Making the Cut, and Queen of Drags Germany so far.
