Melissa Joan Hart is keeping things lighthearted while showing fans a glimpse of the fitness routine behind her recent lifestyle transformation. The Sabrina the Teenage Witch star shared a new workout video featuring weights, plenty of effort, and one arm that apparently was not quite as cooperative as the other.
According to Hello Magazine, The 50-year-old actress has maintained an 18-pound weight loss after changing several of her habits in 2025. But rather than presenting her latest gym session as a perfectly polished fitness moment, Melissa Joan Hart turned it into a joke that quickly had followers relating to her struggle.
Her Workout Video Had Fans Laughing Along

In the video, Hart works through an arm exercise while wearing a workout top and leggings. Her right arm handles the movement with relative ease, but her left side clearly has a harder time. She jokingly asked whether anyone else had an arm named “Jeff,” pairing the moment with Channing Tatum’s famous “My name is Jeff” line from 22 Jump Street.

Hart even offered a defense for the struggling arm, joking that it usually carries the groceries while she unlocks the door. Fans loved the humor, with several calling the clip relatable and laughing about her assortment of weights as she adjusted to what she could comfortably lift. The casual post offered a refreshingly ordinary look at exercise rather than pretending every workout goes perfectly.
Her 18-Pound Weight Loss Wasn’t the Original Goal

Hart said weight loss was not her main goal; she simply wanted to feel better while navigating midlife and perimenopause. She began fasting and cut out sugar and alcohol, eventually losing about 18 pounds. She has also gone more than a year without drinking, a change she said came easily because she never particularly enjoyed alcohol.
Away from the gym, the former child star has built a quieter family life in Nashville with husband Mark Wilkerson and their three sons, Mason, Braydon, and Tucker. The family relocated from Connecticut during the pandemic. For longtime viewers who remember Melissa Joan Hart as Clarissa Darling or teenage witch Sabrina Spellman, her latest update shows a different chapter of her life—one centered less on chasing a number and more on feeling healthier, while still keeping the same sense of humor fans have known for decades.
