Natasha Bure Responds To Critics Over Showing Her Baby Bump During Pregnancy

by Ruth A

Published July 3, 2026

Natasha Bure is embracing every moment of her pregnancy, and she is making it clear that she won’t let online criticism change how she celebrates this special chapter of her life. The actress and daughter of Candace Cameron Bure recently responded to comments from people who criticized her for showing her growing baby bump on social media.

According to ENews, in a candid video, Bure explained that she feels proud of the changes her body is experiencing as she prepares to welcome her first child with husband Bradley Steven Perry. Rather than hiding her pregnancy, she says she wants to appreciate every moment of the journey.

In her message, Natasha Bure said she was surprised to receive direct messages from people telling her to cover her baby bump or wear looser clothing. She explained that she does not understand why anyone would find a pregnant belly offensive and added that she has no plans to change the way she dresses because of those opinions.

@natashaperryI genuinely had less women commenting on my belly being out, when I wasn’t even pregnant. Forever confused by it 🫶🏼😙😁 but this belly is here to stay for little while hehe♬ Tchaikovsky “Dance of the Reed Flutes”(1257471) – kzy

Bure also shared that pregnancy has helped her develop a healthier relationship with her body. After dealing with insecurities in the past, she now feels proud every time she looks down and sees the baby growing inside her. She explained that she spent the early months of pregnancy hiding her bump, so she now wants to fully enjoy being able to celebrate it openly.

The actress also revealed that her biggest supporter is her husband, Bradley Steven Perry. She shared a sweet story about him telling her how much he enjoys seeing her baby bump, explaining that his encouragement means far more to her than the opinions of strangers online. His support has made her even more confident about embracing this unique season of life.

For Natasha Bure, pregnancy is a temporary and deeply meaningful experience that she wants to remember without apology. She and Perry announced they are expecting their first child with matching “Mama” and “Dada” mugs, calling parenthood their “dream role.” As they prepare to welcome their baby, Bure hopes to focus on the joy of becoming a mother rather than the criticism that sometimes comes with sharing personal milestones online.
