‘Who’s The Boss’ Star Judith Light Wows Fans ‘Aging Backwards’ At 76

Judith Light played a strict, sharp-tongued executive on Who’s the Boss, but in real life, she’s full of surprises — even at 76. These days, she’s not on our screens frequently, but when she does appear, fans take notice. In a recent video posted by the Tracey Mattingly agency on TikTok, Light looked so good that people couldn’t believe their eyes.

She wore a navy blue dress with soft floral prints, and her blonde hair fell gently over her shoulders. Light posed calmly in what looked like a hotel room. Her makeup was soft and glowing, done by makeup artist Julie Harris. But what really grabbed attention wasn’t just the look; it was her youthful appearance.

Fans say Judith Light is “aging backwards”

The video quickly gathered comments from fans who were shocked by how youthful she looked. One person wrote, “No way she is 76. She looks younger than she did on Who’s the Boss.” Another added, “Judith Light is absolutely aging backwards.”

It’s not the first time Judith Light has made headlines. Back in November 2024, she addressed rumors of a Who’s the Boss reboot. “I would be delighted,” she told Variety, though she noted her busy schedule might get in the way. “I said I’d never do a soap opera or sitcom. I did both. Then I said I’d never marry an actor. I did that too. So, I learned to never say never.”

Where is Judith Light now?

Light may not be on weekly TV anymore, but she’s far from retired. In 2025, she stars in the Apple TV+ thriller Before alongside Billy Crystal. She also appears in the Disney+ film Out of My Mind, which centers on a sixth-grader with cerebral palsy. She recently won an Emmy for her guest role in Poker Face and had a standout part in the film The Menu. Soon, fans will see her again in AMC’s upcoming series The Terror: Devil in Silver.

Away from acting, Light is making waves behind the scenes, too. She serves as the president of the fiction jury at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival. This latest video shows she doesn’t need a red carpet to shine. She’s still a star and still very much the boss.
