Ryan Reynolds shared a video on his Instagram showing him as his superhero character, Deadpool, alongside a mini version of him, Kidpool. Deadpool and Kidpool were about to set out on Santa Claus’ sleigh when the latter asked where their next stop was.
Deadpool responds by saying he thought they would eliminate sick kids but quickly clarifies that he meant getting rid of their sickness by asking people to donate. He then mentioned they would need some help, and Lynda Carter shows up right on time as Wonder Woman.

In Wonder Woman fashion, Lynda strikes a pose and asks if anyone called for help, to which a stunned Deadpool replies that she was a WONDER-ful woman. He explains that he is trying to raise money for The Hospital for Sick Children this holiday, and requests that she transforms into Wonder Woman.
Lynda attempted to get into her superhero self with a spin, only to appear in an ugly Christmas sweater instead of her Wonder Woman suit. They each exclaim with horror, and Deadpool blames the DC lawyers for the wardrobe malfunction, saying they also got Henry Cavill and Batman.
Deadpool actor and his wife promise to match donations
Ignoring the hideous outfit, the trio set out to keep delivering presents while a notice pops up announcing Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively’s intention to match donations up to $500,000 before Christmas day. Kidpool then reminds his older self that they would need to untie Santa Claus, to which Deadpool laughs and refuses.
Fans commended the witty skit and the Marvel and DC actors’ dedication to charity in the comments section. “DC/Marvel Team-Up for an amazing cause,” someone wrote, while another called it a wholesome crossover short. “As a former patient at SickKids, really grateful for you and Blake always going above and beyond,” a grateful follower gushed.
