Fran Drescher is famous for playing the fabulous Fran Fine in the ‘90s sitcom The Nanny, which she starred in alongside her ex-husband Peter Marc Jacobson. She previously caused a stir on social media with an eye-catching photo of herself in a leopard print bodycon dress, showing off her slender figure at 67.
She completed the midi gown with a pair of matching slingback stilettos and a purse of the same print. Fran kept her jewelry minimal and let her curly hair fall to her shoulders. “Off to a partay! All done up in Dolce! She’s baaaack!” her caption read.
Fans cheer Fran Drescher’s comeback
Fran, who is the current president of SAG-AFTRA, received thousands of comments from her fans, who were blown away by her lasting beauty. “OMG THAT FIT IS SCREAAAMING MISS FINE! I’M IN LOVE!!!” someone exclaimed, referring to her fan-favorite character.
Another announced they were re-running The Nanny on Peacock, adding that it is still as hilarious as the first time. A few noticed from the mirror in the backdrop that her zip was undone and called attention to it. “Gorgeous! Just missed the zip in the back,” a follower quipped with a heart-eye emoji.
Life after ‘The Nanny’
After being Fran Fine for all six seasons of The Nanny and earning two Emmy nominations and two Golden Globes while at it, Fran starred in more sitcoms like Living With Fran and Happily Divorced. She also worked on Hotel Transylvania.
In September 2021, Fran assumed the office of president at SAG-AFTRA, leading the longest strike from the union last year over better pay and creative protection from Artificial Intelligence. She also runs the Cancer Schmancer Movement, which she established after defeating uterine cancer in 2000.
