The Beatles were already a craze in the ‘70s; however, bands like Led Zeppelin, The Beach Boys, Black Sabbath, and Queen also owned the airwaves. An all-woman rock group named The Runaways also came together in 1975, comprising singers and instrumentalists Joan Jett, Lita Ford, Jackie Fox, Cherie Currie, Sandy West, and Michael Steele.
