The documents are from August 2023 and claim Jardine was in “breach of contract” for “failure to perform services.”
According to a court document claimed by RadarOnline, the filing seeks in compensation “money damages of $100,000 plus interest at the judgment rate plus legal fees [of $5,000].”
The fallout and future of this lawsuit
According to Chasky, Jardine withdrew from an agreed-upon appearance with Mike Love and David Marks because he wanted to be paid more, despite already agreeing to attend the arrangement. The agreement was allegedly made in writing and yet Jardine did not honor it. Chasky further claims that over $30k in investments had been made by him to see this arrangement unfold.
Footage obtained by RadarOnline appears to show Jardine presented with the lawsuit. He is approached by two servers, with one being a federal court reporter in Sarasota, Florida. In the video, Jardine appears to try and dodge the server and avoid accepting the lawsuit. At one point, Jardine says “You guys leave or I’m going to get security.” The server counters that he is allowed to be there to do his job. Jardine seems to yell before letting the paperwork fall to the floor, where he left it and walked away. A similar fate awaited the second server’s documents when Jardine was approached soon after.
According to RadarOnline, Jardine has a certain amount of days to respond before Chasky is granted full judgment.
