The mother explained that she and Caleb are teaching Sutton to count her blessings every night before she goes to bed, however, the parents forgot to pray with her when they tucked her on Sunday.
Although they didn’t think anything of it at the time, Sutton clearly missed the bedtime ritual. Kathryn admitted that she was somewhat surprised by Sutton’s attention to detail because she usually tries to rush through her prayers.

‘That’s just the type of person she is!’ Kathryn said her daughter is naturally ‘sweet’ and ‘kind-hearted’.
Making a difference: Kathryn said she and her family have received ‘so many emails’ from people who said Sutton’s video has touched their lives.
However, Kathryn noted that her daughter does have a fantastic memory.
‘She never forgets anybody’s name,’ the mom said. ‘She’s so sweet and kind-hearted. That’s just the type of person she is. And this video is just a way to see that. It shows her heart works.’
And while they never expected their little girl to become such an internet sensation, Kathryn said they are enjoying the positive attention.
‘We’ve already received so many emails and messages from people saying how this video has touched their lives,’ she explained.
