Survival Food 14: Baby Food And Formula
If you have any infants or babies in the house, then you need to add these to the list. Funny, enough even adults can enjoy baby food. As far as formula is concerned it is recommended that you use ready to feed formula. If you are going to prepare powdered or concentrated formula, make sure you use bottled or boiled water only.
Survival Food 15: Peanut Butter
Yes, I know this is a strange one but hear me out. Peanut butter does not need to be refrigerated, plus it is a great source of energy, fats as well as proteins.Smear it on those crackers, and you have a finger-licking awesome snack.
Survival Food 16: Salt, Pepper & Sugar
This one is for your taste buds, they need some love too in an emergency situation. Use these at your discretion to improve the taste of any of the food that you may end up eating. The first few hours or days you may still have access to fresh food, throw that on your grill and season it with your spices.
