The best part is that $0.90 of every $1 spent on the key tags will be donated to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.

“The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is driven by a single goal: finding a loving family for every child waiting in foster care to get adopted,” according to the organization’s website. “We are North America’s only national nonprofit charity dedicated solely to finding permanent homes for the more than 140,000 children in foster care.”

You do have to pay a small shipping charge of $0.80, but that’s a pretty small price to pay for unlimited free Frosties all year long, don’t you think? Especially if you’re a Wendy’s lover.

Every year, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption releases a list of the country’s employers with the best adoption benefits for employees.

This year, American Express grabbed the No. 1 spot because it offers all employees—including part-time employees—up to $35,000 to help cover the cost of adoptions. American Express will extend this benefit for up two adoptions per employee, which is huge!

According to the foundation, the company also offers up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave to both men and women who are adopting a child.

“No matter how families are formed, new parents need time to bond with their children,” according to the foundation. “Employees who build families through adoption are likely to incur significant costs and participate in a lengthy, sometimes stressful process. Providing support for employees throughout the process bolsters productivity, goodwill, and loyalty.”

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is trying to make it easy for companies to offer these benefits to employees.

The foundation has created a toolkit to help employers implement an adoption benefits program for their workers.
