Conor Oberst is an incredible lyricist. I honestly believe he is truly the Cat Stevens of the 2000's. His other bands Desperacidos, Monsters of Folk and his solo stuff are all great but this is the quintessential Oberst album everyone must own. He died tragically young, but not before releasing this masterpiece. His rendition of 'Hallelujah' is the best you'll ever hear. 'Lover, You Should Have Come Over' will have you crying. I think it's one of Queens best albums and among my favorite records. The 50 Greatest Hits by Elvis Presley RCA RecordsI have a 'Greatest Hits of Elvis Presley' album which is extra special because it's PINK and it used to belong to my mom. The play list includes: Midnight Rambler and You Can't Always Get What You Want, two of my favorites. All of the tracks are memorable. This is great Stones, if not the best. The American Graffiti Soundtrackby Various Artists Amazon.com It's a quintessential collection of music from the 1950s and I listen to it all the time. It goes with any mood.
