Everyone has to start somewhere and sometimes starting somewhere means starting at the bottom.

When we think of Secretaries and Personal Assistants, we immediately think of “The Devil Wears Prada” and, synonymously think of how difficult it can be to make it in the world when starting off in a position as difficult and berating as that one seemed. We also seem to relate assistants, aides and secretaries to women, but that is not always the case.
