Earl S. Tupper began experimenting with plastics in 1938 and by 1945 had produced his first tumbler. Tupperware Home Parties was formed in 1951 to sell products through dealers using a party plan. This set of Tupperware Wagon Wheel coasters are in unused condition and still sealed in their original packaging. The coasters are 3″ across. The caddy measures 3 3/4″ long, about 3 1/8″ wide and 1 1/2″ tall. . The patent for the coaster set was issued in 1966. A perfect set for your retro home!
