The trio’s return sparked an outpouring of love in the comments section of the Instagram post highlighting their reunion. One fan gushed, “Y’all look great,” while another added, “You all look amazing!” Others praised the cast for aging gracefully, with one even joking that Richard Karn must be a “vampire” because of his youthful appearance. Another fan called them a “trio of class act talent.”
While the Home Improvement cast reunion thrilled many, some couldn’t help but notice Tim Allen’s absence. “One man is missing. “Tim wasn’t there???” a fan wrote. A Bigger Reunion Coming Soon
Fans missing Allen won’t have to wait long to see him join the rest of the cast. A Home Improvement cast reunion is also set to happen on-screen in Allen’s series Shifting Gears. In the upcoming Season 2 premiere, Allen reunites with Richardson, Karn, and Dunning for the first time in 25 years.
Allen teased the reunion during an appearance on Good Morning America, explaining that his former co-stars appear in a grief support group his character attends. “It was so much fun! It was a beautiful moment,” Allen shared, reflecting on the experience. For fans, the episode promises to deliver the perfect blend of nostalgia and new storytelling, making the upcoming reunion one of the most anticipated moments in TV this year.
