‘Wheel Of Fortune’ Fans Think They Know Who Will Replace Vanna White – Some Aren’t Happy About It

Vanna White has been part of Wheel of Fortune since 1982, standing next to the puzzle board and turning letters for more than 40 years. She worked with Pat Sajak for most of that time, until he stepped down from the show in 2024. White still remains, now sharing the stage with Ryan Seacrest.

Over the years, she has become one of the most recognizable faces on TV. Even though she hasn’t said she’s leaving yet, many fans think her time on the show is winding down. This has led to an interesting question making the rounds online, who will take her place when she eventually retires?

While Vanna White hasn’t made any retirement announcements, many viewers believe it’s just a matter of time before she steps away from the show. As fans started to imagine the show without her, a lot of fans started mentioning Maggie Sajak.

Maggie, the daughter of former host Pat Sajak, has been involved in Wheel of Fortune for a few years now. She joined as a social media correspondent back in 2021 and has even filled in at the puzzle board on several occasions. She once stepped in to turn letters when White was hosting the show during holiday episodes, and her appearances have become more frequent ever since.

Fans think Maggie Sajak is not good enough to replace Vanna White

Even though some fans seem convinced Maggie is the obvious choice, not everyone is happy about it. A number of people online have shared that they don’t believe she’s the right fit for the job. The main complaint is that she didn’t work her way up like White did, and some viewers feel she’s only being considered because she’s Pat Sajak’s daughter.

Some also said that while Maggie looks the part, her presence on the show doesn’t feel as natural or exciting. A few commenters mentioned that the show needs new energy and that hiring someone new, instead of sticking with the same family, would be a better choice.
