The book revealed that the child was born in 1976 following the musician’s fling with the wife of a close friend. Despite the circumstances of her birth, Mercury was said to have kept a close relationship with her, visiting her often and looking out for her welfare until his sad death in 1991.

The woman, who has chosen to remain anonymous and is only known by the name “B,” is a 48-year-old medical professional based in Europe.
