If there’s one person who can turn heads in a room at any age, it’s Dolly Parton. At 79, the country music legend still knows how to make an entrance, and she proved it once again in a head-to-toe pink outfit that had all eyes on her.
On May 19, Dolly showed up in style at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, where she is being celebrated with a special exhibit called Dolly Parton: Journey of a Seeker. The display honors her life, career, and ongoing mission to inspire and uplift others.

Dolly chose a light pink matching set that was impossible to miss. The top featured a deep V-neckline and was adorned with sparkling beads, colorful butterfly patches, and tiny rhinestones that caught the light beautifully.
She paired the top with her trademark bell-bottom pants, silver heels, and bright pink nails that added an extra pop of color. Her wrists were stacked with layers of beaded bracelets, giving the look a playful yet polished finish. Her hair was styled in a teased-updo, with eye makeup blending bright blue and pink hues that made her eyes pop even more.
Dolly Parton was honored with songs and a standing ovation
The evening wasn’t just a fashion moment; it was a celebration of Dolly’s impact on music and culture. Alison Krauss & Union Station performed two of Dolly’s most beloved songs, “Coat of Many Colors” and “The Seeker.” Dolly herself shared warm words about the exhibit, thanking fans for their support over the years and expressing her excitement for this new chapter in her legacy. Guests at the event even gave her a standing ovation.
Dolly Parton: Journey of a Seeker officially opened to the public on May 20 and will run through September 2026. It invites visitors to walk through the many stages of Dolly’s life right from her early days growing up in a large family in rural Tennessee, to becoming one of the best-selling female country artists in history.
