Jenny McCarthy turned heads on Monday, March 17, as she strutted down the red carpet at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards. The actress, who attended the event with her husband, Donnie Wahlberg, exuded confidence in a shimmering gold see-through gown that showcased her toned figure.
She enhanced her appearance with eye makeup and a wet-hair blonde bob style featuring a deep side part. McCarthy’s red carpet look once again proved that she understands how to make a statement.

McCarthy has been open about her body confidence routine, even revealing a cosmetic procedure she underwent in 2023. She admitted that she decided to undergo AirSculpt, a minimally invasive body contouring treatment, in order to snatch her waist and abdomen. The motivation, she explained, had absolutely nothing to do with weight loss but with identifying stubborn areas that exercising couldn’t fix by itself.
In addition to AirSculpt, she also opted for AirSculpt+, which, in addition to fat removal, tightens the skin to provide a more sculpted look. She also had a fat transfer procedure done on her hands to make them age less. While she has been open about getting breast augmentations and using Botox in the past, she has denied the use of lip fillers.
Jenny McCarthy works out daily to keep herself fit
Fitness remains a fundamental part of McCarthy’s life, and she subjects herself to an intense daily workout routine. As part of her routine, she performs a 45-minute incline walk on the treadmill with hand weights and boxing. Due to pain in her bones, she avoids running and opts for a high-incline setting to maintain intensity.
Along with treadmill walking, she has also attempted Bikram yoga and has spoken about attempting Weight Watchers after she gives birth. She is less concerned with numbers on the scale than she is with being healthy and strong, so it is clear that her desire for fitness is driven by a need for long-term health.
