Rod Stewart was on a getaway with his wife, Penny Lancaster, in Sardinia, Italy, and she spared no time in showing off her gorgeous bikini body. Penny complemented her sultry fit with another necklace, dark brown sunglasses, and a minimalist box.

Rod joined Penny to soak up the summer sun in a yellow shirt, dark sunglasses, and accessories as they relaxed on a yacht worth $65 million. Six of Rod’s children, their grandchild, and other members of the Stewart clan joined the lovebirds.

Penny received backlash from some of her followers, who believed her outfit lacked decency and a good matter of time. “I’m sure she could find something more flattering to wear. This isn’t it!” someone penned, while another directed attention to Penny’s wrinkled and sagging bosom.

Despite the criticisms from Penny’s followers, many cheered her on and complimented her looks on social media. “Thank you, Penny, for making me feel better about my 50 yo Mom bod,” another hinted. “Its comforting to know that even an ex-model can still put on a few extra pounds,” an X user wrote.

Penny embraces aging and its changes

Penny swears by drinking at least three liters of water a day to keep her figure trim and reduce bloating, but not without prioritizing a clean diet of fruits, veggies, and no sugar. She also regularly exercises, losing up to 17 lbs within two months in 2020.

Having turned 53 in March,  Penny is now using her voice to support women and discuss the realities of aging. She celebrated her birthday at the first-anniversary event of the Menopause Mandate’s launch, earning the admiration of the young women present.
