Christina Applegate Reveals Plans For Her ‘Final Days’ As She Battles MS

With the state of her health, Christina Applegate appears to be gearing up for an inevitable reality by ticking some things off her bucket list. She revealed some of the many things she would love to do on social media, noting that a collaboration with Shirley MacLaine would be a highlight of her lifetime.

Applegate added that doing shots with Cher is also something she looks forward to. Her battle with multiple sclerosis has lasted three years, although the actress clarified that she was left undiagnosed for long. Although the debilitating illness has setback her film career, Applegate has kept herself in the spotlight via her MeSsy podcast with fellow survivor Jamie Lynn-Sigler.

Christina Applegate’s health update

The 52-year-old got candid about her ordeal with MS last month, as she admitted to being depressed and trapped. She confessed to hardly finding life enjoyable and having to resort to self-depreciation to make light of her situation. She also misses being able to engage in activities with her daughter Sadie Grace, who recently spoke up about experiencing a similar health challenge.

Sadie was a guest on her mother’s podcast weeks ago, and she announced that she has postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), which makes her feel weak and dizzy when she gets up. On top of that, the 13-year-old suffers from misophonia, which makes her overly sensitive to sounds ranging from a vacuum cleaner to her own breathing.
