Others expressed admiration for her family, noting that she is lucky to have them and vice versa. Kate’s three children, Ryder, Bingham, and Rani Rose, are from her previous relationships, while she shares her last with Fujikawa, who she first met in the early 2000s. They began dating a decade later and have been engaged since 2021.

Fab 40s

Kate is having a blast in her forties, which she admits is her best decade yet. In her words, she hardly ever thinks about aging as she is too busy enjoying her favorite years. She is now more concerned about making a mark through creativity and “just jumping into the deep end” rather than playing safe in life.

Kate’s resolve has also been reflective on the outside, as she now leads a healthier lifestyle consisting of a higher protein diet and more strength training. She reduced her frequency of pilates sessions to lean into more intense workouts, which she considers necessary for her age. The actress also swears by her food tracker and daily protein-rich breakfast for weight loss maintenance.
