Goldie Hawn is a proud grandmother of seven, with her fifth being 8-year-old Rio, who Goldie loves to show off on social media. Hawn’s son Oliver shares Rio with his wife, Erinn Bartlett, and they also have two older children, Wilder Brooks and Bodhi Hawn.
Goldie enjoys being a grandmother, after having three children of her own and a stepson from her longtime lover, Kurt Rusell. She is doting Nana to all, but she appears to share a lot in common with Rio, who loves posing for the camera and playing dress up.
Goldie’s lookalike granddaughter, Rio
Rio is the most famous of Goldie’s granddaughters and has won the hearts of fans thanks to her uncanny resemblance with the film star. On several occasions, social media users have taken to Oliver’s comments to point out that Rio is Goldie’s “mini me.” “She’s so adorable, I can see her aunty Kate and grandmother Goldie in her looks,” someone once said.

Although her parents prefer to keep her off the spotlight, Rio was a natural on Oliver’s Unconsciously Coupled podcast, where she charmed listeners with her wits. Oliver announced her appearance on Instagram, and his followers were again astonished by the similar features Rio shares with Goldie, including her composure on the show.
Life as a grandmom
Goldie has several achievements to her name, including an Oscar and a Goldie Globe for Best Supporting Actress in 1970’s Cactus Flower. Despite her career success, Goldie is most proud of her kids and grandchildren. She calls her “good family” the key to her happiness and takes any chance to commend her partner, Russell, for his immense support.
Goldie has always had her heart out for kids, so much so that she took a long hiatus from acting after the infamous 9/11 incident. She was moved to save children from distress and immediately established the MindUP program via The Goldie Hawn Foundation to help affected youngsters manage anxiety and PTSD. She reappeared on screens a few times for 2017’s Snatched and Netflix’s Christmas Chronicles series with Rusell, but she seems to prefer life away from set so far.
