Jane Seymour was in Texas on Sunday for the CMT Music Awards ceremony, and she made sure to show off her slender figure in a little black dress that left a bit of cleavage on the sight. The 73-year-old strutted the red carpet in a pair of black cowboy boots with red and white patterns as her blonde locks bounced on her shoulders.
Complementing the outfit further, Jane wore a tiered sheer skirt with tights that accentuated her slender legs. At the recent premiere of Lindsay Lohan’s Irish Wish, the Somewhere in Time star appeared cheerful and true to her words. “Life does go on, and I don’t think there is a sell-by date for women unless they choose it,” Jane had said.

While speaking to Daily Mail weeks ago, Jane said she is often asked, “Don’t you wish you were younger?” to which she responds no, “Because I’ve had so much experience and I’ve had such a rich life and made so many friends and so many extraordinary experiences. My life is very full now, and hopefully, I’m wiser.”

Jane also admitted in a previous interview that she thinks the world is against aging. “We hate aging. We look at aging, and we go, ‘Oh, no, there’s a wrinkle, oh my God. Get rid of it. Grey hair. No. Terrifying!’” she said. However, the actress sees the inevitable passage of time differently. “You can look at it the other way, and you can say, actually, I now have time in my life to do things I really want to do, maybe I can now become the person I want to be,” she said.
Jane shares her thoughts on cosmetic procedures in the past, promising to age naturally instead because she needs ‘a face that moves.’ “I have not done facelifts or all of those things and fillers just because, honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever worked as much as I have right now,” she said. “And I am being able to be authentic, and I think being as authentic as you can be as an actress is really important.”
Jane, who has been married four times, added that she prefers “to look the healthiest version that I can.” Speaking of being healthy, she does “a combination of spinning, Pilates, gyrotonics and lightweights” for workouts and prioritizes clean eating. “I work out but not obsessively. I eat everything in moderation, and I grow organic food, and I tend to eat from the garden,” she revealed. Although she recently confessed to feeling ignored and overlooked in Hollywood because she is “past her prime,” Jane is hardly fazed because she is “wisdom on two legs.”
