Madonna’s Daughter Lourdes Leon Mirrors Mom’s Fashion Choices In Sheer Lace Bodysuit

Like Madonna, 27-year-old Lourdes Leon is causing a stir with her style that reminds fans of her pop star mom. The upcoming singer wore a daring sheer lace bodysuit to the Saint Laurent Men Collection Fall/Winter 2024-2025 event for Paris Fashion Week, leaving much skin exposed.

Lourdes sat on the same side as Vogue’s Anna Wintour in the sheer outfit partially covered by a matching long coat. She complemented the look with dark sunglasses and her lush hair in a side part. She stole the show and reminded many of her mother, who is often spotted in similarly bold ensembles.

Lourdes has been seen mirroring her mom on several occasions like the Met Gala, concerts, 2022’s MJ: The Musical, and the music video for her song, “Spelling.” Lourdes— who goes by the stage name Lolahol recreated Madonna’s iconic “Frozen” for the track’s visuals. “This piece is very special. It’s a homage to my mother’s timeless piece of art Frozen. That piece has come up countless times in my life, connecting the two of us,” she explained.

Lourdes added that she “would be nothing without the woman who brought me into the world. I revere her, and hope that this translates.” In a 2021 chat with Interview, Lourdes admitted that she used to raid Madonna’s closet until it got locked up. “When she’s not in the house, those things are locked tight, because I take everything I feel that I’m entitled to,” she said.

Madonna has lots of admiration for her daughter— whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Carlos Leon, and they have a seemingly close relationship. “I’m green with envy because she’s incredible at everything she does— she’s an incredible dancer, she’s a great actress, she plays the piano beautifully, she’s way better than me in the talent department,” the “Material Girl” singer told Vogue.

Madonna also noted their difference in upbringing, which has made Lourdes live a less demanding life than she did. “But does she have the same drive that I have? No. But she also has a mother, and I didn’t. She grew up with money, and I didn’t,” she told the outlet. “So, everything is going to be different. But what can I do? I can’t fixate on it. I just have to do my best.”
