Courteney Cox Caught Cheating During Cold Plunge While Sporting Blue Bikini

Friends star Courteney Cox recently shared some flashback snaps, including a clip of her about to get in an ice bath in a blue bikini and wetsuit socks. “Is this cheating? because your feet get really f—ing cold,” she asked while pointing to her protected feet.

Courteney Cox took an interest in ice baths, which have proven to be beneficial according to health experts and outlets like the Cleveland Health Clinic, which confirms that they relieve pain, improve sleep, treat inflammation, and help with focus.

Cox has spoken about her love for cold plunges on multiple occasions, like an interview with Glamour US where she admitted to being skeptical at first. “I thought I would hate it, but I love it so much. I feel great for hours afterward,” she shared. “The dopamine hit you get from it lasts a long time. Do it. Really, it’s worth it.”

One of the rewards from this activity includes keeping the skin hydrated, which Cox says she will do anything to maintain. Per her wetsuit socks, some fans said it was okay because they “do it too.” “She knows where it’s at with the socks,” a follower chimed.

Cold water instructor and breathwork coach Lindsay Aubrey echoed Cox’s feedback: “Cold water immersion can lead to a 250 percent increase in dopamine— known as the feel-good hormone, enhancing mood, while the invigoration felt by it results in heightened alertness.”

Like Cox, the English Royal family member Kate Middleton swears by “cold swimming” as well. “The colder, the better. I absolutely love it,” the Princess of Wales said on Mike Tindall’s The Good, The Bad and The Rugby podcast. “Slightly to the point where William’s saying, ‘You’re crazy’ and it’s dark and it’s raining’. I will go and seek out cold water.”
