Paul Michael Glaser is best known for playing Detective Dave Starsky in the iconic ’70s TV series Starsky and Hutch opposite the late David Soul’s Sergeant Kenneth Richard “Hutch” Hutchinson. Glaser and Soul brought their characters to life and gave viewers one of the hottest cop shows of the era. “It seems like we had the same kind of drive in our careers at that point to make something happen, and we were more determined, more adamant to try to do something of quality,” Glaser shared their source of motivation with the Television Academy in August 2014.
He also revealed that being disciplined and giving their best to their craft strengthened their bond and contributed to the TV series’ success. “My own personal drive and David’s personal drive, they identified a level of work or a level of intention that allowed us to be more than just the script,” he added. “I think the chemistry was there from the beginning.” After his time on Starsky and Hutch ended, Glaser has tried his hands on so many things, ranging from art to being a movie director and raising a family.
Where is Paul Michael Glaser now?

Moving beyond television, Glaser ventured into the fine arts industry, displaying his creations on his Instagram page and in galleries throughout California. Additionally, he ventured into business and started Dudley Rd — a brand that offers an array of homeware items such as pillows, blankets, and mugs.
Paul Michael Glaser has tied the knot twice
The actor has been married twice. His first marriage was to Elizabeth Glaser in 1980; sadly, she died tragically in 1994 after she contracted HIV through a blood transfusion during the birth of their daughter Ariel. Ariel was not spared either, as she contracted the virus through breastfeeding and died of AIDS complications after her seventh birthday. Glaser also welcomed a son, Jake, with Elizabeth, but seems he embraced a private life as little information about him exists.
Despite the profound loss, Paul gave love a second chance and married Tracy Barone in 2004. Though their union was brief and ended in divorce in 2007, the ex-lovers welcomed a daughter, Joe.
