Al Roker Shows Off Granddaughter As She Celebrates First Christmas With Family

Al Roker showed off his beautiful family on Christmas Day with a collection of Instagram photos. The proud granddad wore matching pajamas with his wife, Deborah Roberts, and their kids Courtney, Nick, and Leila.

Courtney’s husband, Wesley, also joined the shot in matching gray sweatshirts and plaid pants with red, white, and green stripes in the spirit of Christmas. Their daughter, Sky Clara, who was born in July, looked relaxed as she posed in the same red color top as the dog, Pepper.

More slides featured other family members with Pepper and Sky, who received lots of compliments from Al’s followers in the comments. “It was a wonderful #Christmas2024 for us. Fans were touched by Al’s heartfelt note and appreciated his concern for possibly struggling families. “Merry Christmas, Al & lovely family! Thank you for checking in with all of us,” someone wrote. “It was our first Christmas as grandparents too, and it was so amazing!” another shared. Others gushed over their outfit choice, including Today’s style expert, Amy Goodman. “Love your personalized hooded sweatshirts!” she exclaimed.

69-year-old Al shared more moments, including their “Christmas walk” with his family and Pepper, as well as photos of Nick and Leila decorating cookies together. “These two together, @cleilapatra and @nick.roker155, decorating slice and bake cookies brings back memories,” the TV personality wrote.

Sky’s Christmas debut

A fan gushed about Sky as they recalled how tough last year’s Christmas was for Al, as he was hospitalized weeks prior. “That picture of Sky and Pepper!! and having all your kids with you Al! So different than last year at this time. Grateful and blessed! The world is such a tough place right now,” they gushed.

More praise poured in for Sky, who also wore a dainty black and plaid dress in one of the shots. “Her little Christmas dress!!!!” a user quipped. “The last photo is the best gift of all! Merry Christmas, Al, to you and your loving and beautiful family!” another agreed, referring to the picture of Sky.
