The set of the movie True Lies, directed by the renowned James Cameron, served as the backdrop for a remarkable union of two legendary actors, Jamie Lee Curtis and Arnold Schwarzenegger. In the American action comedy, Schwarzenegger played the role of Harry Tasker, a secret agent living a double life, while Jamie starred as Helen Tasker, his unsuspecting wife.
Nearly three decades after the premiere of their blockbuster movie, the legends recently thrilled their fans with a photo of them together at a charity event.
Last weekend, the Oscar-winning actress and the former Governor of California shared a meaningful day at a charity event organized by the nonprofit organization, After-School All-Stars, which is dedicated to providing support to underprivileged children, striving to enhance their educational opportunities and overall well-being.
After the event, Jamie warmly shared a selfie capturing the cherished moments spent at the charity event with Schwarzenegger. The photograph featured her dressed in a traditional German dress, complemented by a charming flower crown, while the Terminator star appeared in a more casual yet characteristic fashion, sporting a black T-shirt and knee-high socks.
“‘Ya, my name is Ingeborg, I’m from Stuttgart.’ I LOVE the way my friends suit up and show up for the causes that move their souls and hearts,” she captioned the Instagram post. “@schwarzenegger LOVES @afterschoolallstars and I LOVE ARNOLD! THE GOAT!”
